Casino Crime Round Up: Woman Kidnapped from Casino, Injured in Crash

According to investigators, a collision occurred earlier this month when a woman was abducted by her ex-boyfriend at Washington State's Tulalip Resort Casino.

According to press sources, the unidentified 37-year-old suspect was charged with first-degree kidnapping, second-degree murder, fourth-degree domestic violence assault, and DUI possession of a stolen vehicle.

Washington State TV station KOMO said that on April 11, while they were both in the casino, he pushed the 35-year-old victim into his pickup vehicle. He allegedly struck her in the head as well.

According to police investigations, on April 10, the suspect texted, "I'm going to skin her alive, I'm beating her alive."

According to the cops, he was angry that she was ending their relationship.

He is accused of using a metal canister to attack her left arm on April 10. That day, he managed to avoid the police.

Police were notified of the kidnapping T he next day.

Officers in Everett, Washington, started pursuing the suspect's truck as soon as they saw it.

The guy managed to outdrive the officers at one point. The pursuit was then continued after police found the truck close to the Mukilteo Speedway.

The suspect then started traveling south on Lynnwood, Washington's State Route 525 in the northbound lanes. He struck a GMC Yukon with the truck, T hat. The collision claimed the life of the Yukon's driver, 83-year-old Trudy Slanger.

 

The victim's leg broke

During the collision, T the suspect and the kidnapping victim were hurt. They were both sent to emergency departments. The suspect suffered severe injuries. Harborview Medical Center provided his care. Later, he was arrested and taken to the Snohomish County jail. According to reports, T the kidnapping victim shattered his leg.

The suspect's arrest warrants were found by the police.  These charges include unlawful firearm possession, possession of a controlled substance with intent, and first-degree assault with a weapon.

The News Tribune, a local news source, said that the pickup vehicle was stolen in March from Bothell, Washington.

A baby in a car at the Ohio Casino

After reportedly leaving his 10-month-old baby unaccompanied in a car at the Cleveland parking garage of Jack Casino, an Ohio parent was taken into custody on Saturday.

According to Ohio TV station WOIO, the girl was left alone in the car for over ninety minutes when her father, 27-year-old Kyle Miller of Elyria, entered the casino.

At after 10 p.m., someone who was strolling in the garage noticed the baby and called the police.

The infant was evaluated by an EMS team. She didn't seem to have had any illnesses. A nearby hospital also examined her. She was provided to family members after being examined.

The police captured Miller on Saturday night. According to WOIO, he was to face charges of tampering with evidence and endangering minors.
